Michael Fitts (3 September 2007)

Greetings from Miami, Florida, USA! I enjoyed the samples that you all put up, especially the Battle Hymn of the Republic. Neverthe less , being a stalwart Southener, I should like to hear you all sing Dixie too!

Neville Adams (3 September 2007)

Greetings from Cannock Chase Orpheus. Pleased to note that you are still strong. We are fortunate to have kept the strength of numbers (67). Special wishes to Fred Warren. One of my first concerts was with Cestrian at Centrall Hall in 1979? Would appreciate details re Bert Jones. Best Wishes to all. Neville Adams (Chairman)

Simon Blun (3 September 2007)

Thanks for replying to my email. I am very grateful for your CD. I managed to find your website by accident. Well what a marvellous site. On that particular day I was looking for activities of Choir through the net which I intend to follow for my choir. I hope we could share lots of information regading Choir especially its Spiritual Development. Till then bye-bye. Brother-in-Christ. Simon Blun, Land of Hornbill, Srawak, East Malaysia, Borneo.

John Connolly (3 September 2007)

I like your site. You sound like a real MV choir. I have your CD. Thank you.

Pamela & Kate Harvey (3 September 2007)

Our brother, Norman Harvey, has been a member of the Choir since 1983. We live outside San Francisco in the U.S.A and try to coordinate our frequent trips home with a choir concert. Its one of the highlights of our visits, to be with our mother and hear the music we love so well, sung so beautifully and with such feeling by the choir. Through Norman and Margaret many of the choir members have become our friends and we cherish the connection across the miles.

Marian Evans (3 September 2007)

Many thanks to this web site (and Mike Heathcote) for helping me sort a concert for my own choir while visiting Chester over the May Day weekeend. It has been an eye opener to see how a large and very orgnised choir operates.

Margaret and Eric Longworth (3 September 2007)

Eric and I are both looking forward to being part of your Scottish Tour in May 2004. Eric is in the Highfield Male Voice Choir, so we have strong links with the Chester MVC as Granville was the conductor of the two choirs. We wish you continued success for the forthcoming year.

Hans Doornweerd (3 September 2007)

Dear Friends from Chester. Ria and I wish you all a happy new Year. Hopefully we see each other in the future again. Greetings from Vriezenveen.

Gerard Scheitler (3 September 2007)

I have always been interested in joining a choir, and I love to listen to beautiful music and voices but I am not sure whether my voice would be any good. I am 34, have moved with my family from Holland back to the UK with our two boys 6 + 4 who love to sing too. I would need a LOT of practice to get to a certain required level. Anyway keep up the good work and hope to see you soon. Best regards, Gerard www.scheitler.com

Norman and Margaret Harvey (3 September 2007)

I've been in the Choir since 1983 and have thoroughly enjoyed the companionship and social activities of being a member. Margaret and I have in particular had great plesure in going on tours with the Choir to Germany, France, Cornwall, Malta and South Wales. We look forward to many more years of happy association with the Choir and its members.
