Mike Hughes -Miles of Smiles (15 April 2008)

Thank you to everyone concerned with the City of Chester Male Voice Choir for an outstanding evening on Saturday. The Band was magnificent and the Choir just gets better and better. The night was full of light hearted wit, beautiful music and a roller coaster of emotion.
We always feel very special to be part of these concerts and apart from raising money for our Charity
it gives us an opportunity to invite long time supporters and benefactors to say thank you for their support.

Margaret Longworth (13 April 2008)

Well, what a spectacular Concert last night (12/4), well done to you all. Your diction, smart appearance and of course most importantly, your singing was a joy to behold. Eric said that he really enjoyed singing. The Black Dyke Brass Band were also brilliant. All in all a superb evening. Margaret.

John Platt (30 November 2007)

Hi Guys. I've been very touched by your cards and telephone calls during my current 'ploblem'. Having had the clips out, I thought my troubles were over. Wrong! Him upstairs is certainly dealing from the bottom of the pack! It now looks as though the wound won't heal before Christmas and presently it only hurts when I sneeze, cough or laugh. The latter being the best medicine. Be assured [or afraid] I will return!

Hello from the US of A!
I've just heard the choir in the background while listening to the Christmas lights event on Marcher sound over the internet. Sadly it was only for a very short time...but it was lovely to hear - especially as Dad (Geoff Hewson) was there singing with you at the time! It's always lovely to hear you all - thank you for making my day! Pam x

You may not know but all my life I have been involved with the Girl Guide Association and we have four International centres. This year I have revisited 'Our Cabana' in Mexico. Whilst there I looked at my e-mails and found out that Stuart had had an accident. So all the way from Mexico City I hope you are feeling better Stuart. Best wishes to everyone. I'm off now to Accapulco.
